Initial response was blaming scoped rifles. That has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT
My browning gun safe can only be 2/3 used. Front row CANNOT BE USED. Browning blames it on scoped rifles but has no relation.

Gostaria de comprar um magazine novo para poder ter o prazer de usá-la novamente. A série dela é número 142981. Aqui no Brasil, nem pensar em peças de armas importadas. Duratouch
sent rifle in to get a new stock as the duratouch coating has come off. I sent it in, and they emailed back 5 days later saying they have received it and that it would go to the gunsmith within the next week or two, then they will let me know when its sent out. 3 months later, now they won't respond to any emails or calls, even asking for an update. I dont care how long it takes, I have several rifles, but all I want is an ETA. This is the last browning product I will get.

Faulty design
Bad design on browning x-bolt rifle bolt. I have trouble pushing the bolt down into lock position because the ejector spring pressure pushes the bolt back. Needs a chamfer on the bolt lug and not a square edge where it locks into the breech.

Bought a buckmark and it shot wild and dangerous out of the box. Turns out they never rifled the barrel. I had to send back immediately after purchase and been on waiting list for months for backorder parts. Not only am I out of a brand new gun this long but judging by other reviews it will eventually come back with the finish nicked up and ruined also. Essentially I paid $639 to buy it used and God knows when I'll ever even get it.
User's recommendation: Buy a Ruger or anything else but browning.

Bought a buckmark and new out of the box shot wild and dangerous. Turns out they didn't rifle the barrel. Had to send it back on my dime and months later have no updates and customer service is terrible. Never buy browning I got totally screwed.
User's recommendation: Buy a ruger mark 4 instead.

Dura touch sticky stock
Sent my silver wtf edition back to browning to get new camo on it because of the sticky stock. ! They kept it 5 months and I just got it back. The camo on stock and forearm was good .but no wtf on the stock and no browning silver on the action. And the trigger guard was off of a duck hunting shotgun not the same camo !!! I would have expected better from a high end gun company. I paid alot for this shotgun!! Its still good but now its just put together in don't do itd pieces

No owners manual with new pisto
Ordered a Buck Mark Plus Vision UFX from Okochobee Shooting Sports . I received it from them but there was no box( it was in a pistol rug) and there was no owner manual. I would appreciate it if you could send me a manual. Thank you

Having contacted Browning through yourselves and directly I have had no response. Customer Service would appear to be non existent with this company as there are no contact details available for Miroku or Browning Europe and Browning America have so far not acknowledged my email. It appears once you have purchased one of their products that they do not want to be bothered by you. Very disappointing

Spinning handle tension pin broke.
Handle was spinning called in to the safe department, they to explained how to use 1/2" concrete sleeve as temp handle since I knew my combination, worked very well, I appreciate the support. Safe department sent me a detailed email, it was easy to follow,

No warranty service without cost to me
I have a Browning Citori 410 I purchased new in Dec. 2019. I have fired less than 500 rounds through the gun and have 2 issues with it. The first being the lever that opens the barrels does not work properly. The second is the lower firing pin has *** that has developed in it. I called Browning & they won't pay to return the gun, and they want to charge me to repair it it repairepairs. pay for charge me for any repairs

Browning has ruined my 12ga silver
The gun is a hot mess. Sent the new Silver back to Browning to fix a choke braking/bending chokes. They retreaded the barrel because they said the treads werent treaded far enough down the barrel. Causing the chokes to flare when tightened. Now the chokes go a 1/4 to far into the barrel. They had the gun for months and were extremely difficult to communicate with. To top it off now the camo on the stock and forearm are gummy and pealing off. Their customer service is horrible. Will never buy another Browning.
